This is a nice asian grocery store, but I’ve noticed that whenever I come in, the staff rarely greet customers and are often on their phones. It feels like they’re not very attentive or welcoming. A simple greeting would make the shopping experience much more pleasant.

Kumo Market has a great selection of everything you may need but there customer service skills sucks tremendously and they don't give two cares about it at all I spoke when enetering he gave me a look not a hello back ok cool so I go about my way grabbing items mind you this my first time in Kumo Market yet I have to say they do have a great selection so I take my items up to be paid for and I acknowledge him again thinking ok I'm making a purchase maybe he just was in lala land the first time but another look with no acknowledgement back so I pay with cash and hand him in his hand the cash and he proceeds to put my money on the counter and then throw my receipt to the counter now I have to make it clear to him with this review this how Im handling it and I will be back but with the same energy given

Great store for Chinese food products and what to my inexperienced eye, looked like a smattering of Japanese and Vietnamese products, as well. There are tanks in the back with live seafood including crabs, and lobsters. There is also a limited selection of Chinese fresh vegetables.

They carry a solid selection of Asian groceries, including items that are hard to find in regular supermarkets. From sauces and noodles to frozen foods and snacks, they have most of what I need in one place.

I’m impressed with the freshness here. The vegetables look great, and the meat and seafood sections are well maintained. You can tell they restock often. It’s become one of my regular grocery stops.
